ROYD Insight | Q4 Newsletter 2023

With another quarter gone, we are pleased to present a brand new edition of the ROYD Insight Newsletter.

This quarter’s insights include a full breakdown of the new TRACER Products, including the TRACER Carpenters Pencil, Crayon Construction Markers, and ProContour Gauge which hit the market just weeks ago. Similarly, we have two full Optimaxx featurettes on our new Washer Head Screws, the long-awaited structural solution that has gone down a storm, and our new and improved Optimaxx Maxxtubs design. We also have a short introduction to the newest addition to our new Optimaxx Torsion Bit Range, our TX40 bits.

Our team has been hard at work as usual however, this summer, some of our team worked a little harder to give back to the community. Not only did the team organise a donation to our local food bank, but we also had a group of volunteers help at Farleigh Hospice, doing odd jobs and gardening around the site.

We have a long list of newcomers to the team, from new developers joining our operations team, a new National Accounts Manager, a new addition to the finance team, and three new warehouse operatives to the team. In addition to the new team members, we are welcoming a former employee back to the role of Product Design Manager.

Finally, it has been difficult to escape the news that SMART has a new Made in Britain Blade range coming soon. This month’s insight is no different. We have a full breakdown of what the Made in Britain range means to us and how it supports local industry and the broader UK manufacturing sector. Our Made in Britain Range has been in the works for a long time, with them hitting storefronts soon, there has never been a better time to learn about the new products as well as our broader goals.

Read in more detail about all the above and more in this month’s edition of the ROYD Insight Newsletter.
